Job description

The IT Support is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the organization. This role troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports end users, and assists with system upgrades and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner
  • Set up new user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Monitor and maintain network performance and security
  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and patches
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when necessary
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
