The Opportunity:

We are looking for an IT Project Analyst who can analyze and respond to user inquiries and assist with improving project efficiency and effectiveness. You will perform a variety of professional technology support tasks to cover in a functional Navy mailbox for account access requests, application support, troubleshooting account issues, referring users to command representative, escalating priority issues, and consolidating daily requests.
You will work directly with clients to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You will empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You will e nga ge with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, and analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones. You will contribute to translating larger program goals and concepts into well-designed project plans to assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You know that project managers touch every part of an organization and wear multiple hats, from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in organizational development and being a key contributor to team success.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a DoD Program Management Office supporting project management, engineering and science management, data science, operations research analysis, or finan cia l and cost analysis
  • Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Teams for collaboration
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
  • Ability to organize and manage information from different sources
  • Ability to perform shift work
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with program management, Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience with program management, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with program management

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
