Our client is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager IV to lead and deliver complex, large-scale technical programs that drive strategic business outcomes. This role will be responsible for aligning business objectives, portfolio priorities, and program execution while partnering with cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, ensuring program initiatives are effectively prioritized, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders remain informed through clear and data-driven communication.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own end-to-end program planning, ensuring alignment between business unit objectives, portfolio priorities, and overall organizational strategy.
  • Influence and guide teams in understanding how program initiatives contribute to broader business goals.
  • Prioritize program initiatives and identify risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Develop and communicate program plans, progress updates, key milestones, and risks to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Lead cross-functional dependency management and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Break down complex programs into manageable workstreams with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, status reporting, and performance tracking aligned with Agile principles and business needs.
  • Develop decision-making frameworks and facilitate informed recommendations for program leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential program risks, create mitigation strategies, and secure stakeholder alignment on risk management plans.
  • Utilize data, metrics, and business insights to evaluate program performance and drive continual improvement.




Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading and delivering complex, enterprise-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system architectures, and technology delivery lifecycles.
