Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking an IT Project Manager in the Insurance domain. The role involves leading the delivery for the Life Insurance Worksite program, managing schedules, governance, and ensuring cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day today delivery for the Life Insurance Worksite program by driving schedule, governance, and cross functional execution.
• This role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive risk and dependency handling, and crisp reporting.
• The ideal candidate is a selfdirected, actionoriented project leader who creates clarity, removes blockers, and keeps teams accountable.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8-10 years of experience
• 8 years of project management experience delivering technology programs
• Insurance domain experience required
• Strong stakeholder management
• Proactive risk and dependency handling
• Crisp reporting
• Self-directed, action-oriented project leader
• Ability to create clarity, remove blockers, and keep teams accountable
Preferred:
