RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Program Manager in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple complex IT projects and enterprise programs with interconnected dependencies, ensuring timely and successful delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and stakeholder communications
* Partner with business and technology teams to translate strategic objectives into executable solutions
* Drive AI, machine learning, and emerging technology initiatives that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across leadership, vendors, product teams, and technical resources
* Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, operational, and project risks
* Analyze business processes and create process maps to evaluate people, process, and technology impacts
* Manage project governance, resource planning, budgeting, status reporting, and executive presentations
* Coordinate system integrations and technology implementations to support organizational goals
* Apply Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the most effective approach for each initiative
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
* 7+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives
* Experience within the healthcare payer, managed care, or health insurance industry
* Experience leading programs involving AI, machine learning, generative AI, or large language models (LLMs)
* Experience working in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall environments
* Strong understanding of payer operations, CRM platforms, and member engagement technologies
* Demonstrated success managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with architecture, engineering, and integration teams
* Expertise in project planning, governance frameworks, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
* Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
* Exceptional communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills
* Ability to make data-driven decisions, remove obstacles, and drive results in fast-paced environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
