Position Overview: Our NYC team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Program Manager to support and oversee the development and execution of software projects within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog grooming and task prioritization.
- Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and on-time delivery.

- Track project progress, sprint metrics, and milestones; prepare status updates for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
