Position Overview: Our NYC team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Program Manager to support and oversee the development and execution of software projects within our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure the timely and successful completion of software projects in alignment with the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog grooming and task prioritization.
- Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
