As advertisers and advertising tools rapidly adopt AI agents to plan, optimize, and achieve marketing goals, Amazon Ads is building multiple agentic applications to lead this transformation. Our services are building common infrastructure such as MCP tools and real-time data services to accelerate agent development.
The Ads AI Core Infra (ACI) team develops essential services that underpin all advertising programs such as Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. We build core services for Service Availability, Advertiser Registration and Access Management, Ad Catalog Service, Data Ingestion/Publishing, and Analytics.

We're looking for Senior Technical Program Manager who will collaborate with teams across Worldwide Advertising to solve critical business problems, navigate ambiguity, and manage stakeholder expectations. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional program management skills and technical depth to deliver high visibility initiatives for our Ads AI Core Infrastructure team. As a senior technical program owner, you will be accountable for the overall strategy and driving teams to deliver results.

You'll partner with engineering teams to determine priorities, manage diverse requests from worldwide teams, and balance business needs against technical constraints. Your ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and coordinate large, multi-functional projects on time will be crucial to our success.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact, driving crisp execution based on customer impact and business opportunity
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver complex features while serving as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and internal product, science, and engineering teams
* Create high-level designs and architectural diagrams for implementing technical solutions, partnering with engineers to ensure architectures scale to match the business case
* Monitor metrics and program health, anticipate and clear blockers, manage escalations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
* Lead technical team reviews, build consensus around a vision, and provide context for business and technology choices with a long-term perspective
