Job description

  • Manage Smartsheet licenses, user accounts, and permission structures
  • Configure and maintain workspaces, sheets, dashboards, reports, and WorkApps
  • Design and implement automated workflows, alerts, and approval processes
  • Develop templates and standardized frameworks for consistent project execution
  • Ensure data integrity, governance compliance, and adherence to security standards
  • Monitor platform usage and performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Support integrations with Power BI, ServiceNow, and JIRA
  • < li>Provide support for Smartsheet enhancements and requests
  • Deliver training sessions and create user documentation
  • Act as the Smartsheet subject matter expert
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure programs across the DCN portfolio
  • Drive IT strategy development with IT Business Partners during feasibility and planning
  • Manage data center migrations and consolidations, cloud transformations, network and security implementations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
  • Own assigned programs and projects end to end
  • Establish standardized project management practices and reusable solutions
  • Support RFP processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
  • Negotiate and manage financial, physical, and human resources across multiple projects
  • Deliver program status reporting to executive leadership
  • Partner across Strategic Business Groups to enable a One Honeywell approach
  • Coach and mentor project managers
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational project teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent experience
  • Experience administering Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure programs/projects involving physical and virtual servers, storage, and network devices
  • Experience with data center buildouts and migrations
  • Experience with network security implementations
  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud technologies, and data centers
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and support requests simultaneously
  • Significant experience in program/portfolio management within IT environments
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise or manufacturing environments and their transformation
  • Smartsheet certifications or experience with premium apps and API integrations
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, ACPM, Agile, or ITIL
  • Experience with JIRA, IT PPM, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet
  • Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
  • Ability to manage matrix teams and drive organizational alignment
  • Travel up to 10–20% as required
