Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the technical hiring process, candidate sourcing strategies, and client requirements.
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for various technology roles. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong focus on building candidate relationships and delivering quality talent.

Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, including technical skill evaluation, availability, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations.
Understand IT job requirements and translate client needs into effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates across various technologies.
Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with account managers and recruiting teams to fulfill client staffing needs.
Meet recruitment goals, submission targets, and turnaround time expectations.
Stay updated on current technology trends, market availability, and IT skill requirements.

Experience sourcing candidates for Various IT roles .
