An IT Product Manager serves as a strategic bridge between technology teams and business units, driving organizational outcomes through effective product management. This role focuses on aligning technology capabilities with business priorities, managing the full product lifecycle, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical enhancements that deliver measurable value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and support strategic planning efforts
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead product design and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  • Apply agile methodologies, manage sprint cycles, and facilitate ceremonies to drive iterative development and team performance
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and conduct market analysis to recommend enhancements that improve business outcomes and user experience
  • Maintain accurate and accessible product documentation to support adoption and internal enablement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure successful product delivery
  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including business value delivery (e.g., revenue impact, customer lifetime value, churn), user adoption, customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, ROI, and time-to-market
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance cross-functional collaboration, documentation accessibility, and overall product effectiveness


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles
  • Demonstrated track record of leading initiatives, products, or services that drive technology evolution and business impact
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market analysis
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and execute on innovation opportunities
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern product management practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions and track KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
