Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of digital products and technology solutions that support core utility operations. This role bridges the gap between business needs, user experience, and technical execution, ensuring that IT solutions drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and manage the product roadmap for digital platforms, customer portals, field service applications, asset management tools, and other utility-focused IT systems.
Align product goals with corporate strategy, compliance requirements, and utility industry trends.
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Engineering) to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Serve as the main liaison between business units and third-party vendors.
Project Management & Execution

Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and support.
Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics.
User Experience & Adoption

Champion user-centric design and improve the utility customer experience through technology.
Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions with internal staff and external customers.
Risk & Compliance

Ensure products comply with utility regulations (e.g., NERC CIP, FERC, EPA, state-level guidelines).
Collaborate with cybersecurity and data privacy teams to uphold high standards of security and reliability.
Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Product Management, ideally within a regulated industry.
Familiarity with utility operations and technologies (e.g., SCADA systems, GIS, OMS, AMI, ERP).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex IT projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:

Knowledge of LTE technology and LTE devices
