Details:
Sr. IT Ops Engineer
Location: Buffalo NY - Hybrid
Duration: 6-12-month, Possible Temp to Hire
This position will be considered a "floater or utility" position whereby we will be asking this resource to travel to various locations across the US to assist with many different technical situations ,some associated skills below:
  • Windows and Mac laptop experience in a Microsoft 365 environment
  • Mobile device (Apple iPhone / iPad and Google Android) experience in a Microsoft 365 environment
  • Windows at the elbow technical support for the basic applications such as Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Ability to assist as remote hands for network and firewalls
  • Great customer interaction and communication skills.
