Worksite Location: 660 Main St., Sturbridge, MA 01566 (Worcester County)

Salary: Starting at $62,691 per year

Job Description:

Mass Commercial Cleaning Inc. is seeking a dynamic, full-time Operations Manager I for our Sturbridge, MA business operations. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily management of our cleaning teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Support operational implementation of new client accounts.
  •  Coordinate daily cleaning at client sites and dispatch necessary equipment.
  •  Supervise existing front-line / cleaning staff.
  •  Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  •  Education: High School diploma or GED.
  •  Experience: 24 months in office/commercial cleaning and front-line staff supervision.
  •  Language: Proficiency in Spanish is required.
  •  Travel: Up to 50% of the time to various unanticipated client sites within the local geographic area and the main office.
  •  License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
