The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Director, Strategic Initiatives leads planning & execution functions with accountability to optimize the Office of the Chief Technology & Operations Officer. This leader will be responsible for driving various strategic initiatives, event planning, project management and execution activities. This role operates in a very dynamic environment and demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What Will You Do?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Technology & Operations leadership team.
  • Partners with other teams across Technology & Operations to ensure alignment on purpose, progress, and resource requirements needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Translate complex strategic concepts into compelling executive presentations, including clear narratives, data visualization, and polished PowerPoint decks.
  • Partners closely with Technology & Operations leadership to drive the alignment to strategy/planning for execution of strategic priorities.
  • Drive effective planning, management and execution of major projects and special events on behalf of the office (timelines, logistics, action items, collaboration across various teams, communications, etc.).
  • Plan and organize logistics for all Technology & Operations Senior Leadership Team meetings in partnership with Senior Leadership, including schedule/agenda management and identification and resolution of key action items.
  • Provides strong strategic leadership, direction, and execution focus to all working groups, leading with a diverse and inclusive mindset and proactively engaging team members so they reach their full potential.
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and effectively navigates a very matrixed and complex environment.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
