Office Manager – Full Time Position

MTUS TECHNOLOGY, INC. BRUNSWICK, OHIO

COMPANY INFORMATION:

As part of the Swiss Group MTAG Switzerland, MTUS Technology has been present in the US market since 1984. We are active in the development, engineering and manufacturing of innovative technologies and customized solutions for the Primary and Secondary Metallurgy sector.

We are a small but ambitious corporation looking for an Office Manager who’s equal part organizer and problem-solver. In this role you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation that keeps things running smoothly, making processes more efficient and creating a workplace where people love to work.

You will:

· Manage daily office operations plus bookkeeping (processing A/P, A/R, PO’s) while maintaining interaction by email/phone contact with customers, vendors and our overseas office.

· Prepare shipping documentation for outgoing domestic orders including organizing UPS and FEDEX ground order pickups.

· Work closely with our overseas office as well as coordinate with US customs broker when processing imports to the US.

· Oversee onsite spare parts inventory and stock reorders.

You will bring:

· 3+ Years in office management or operations. Minimum Associates of Business Degree or higher.

· Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy with tools like QuickBooks Desktop and Office 365

· A proactive, can-do attitude.
