About the Position: This is a time limited position (NS-14). The IT Manager IV is responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day information technology operations of the agency. This position ensures that technology systems, infrastructure, applications, user support services, and related resources are reliable, secure, responsive, and aligned with agency business needs.The IT Manager IV provides operational leadership for information technology staff; establishes service standards and work priorities; manages technology vendors and contracts; coordinates incident response and system maintenance; and ensures compliance with applicable state policies, security requirements, procurement rules, and agency procedures.The position serves as a primary point of accountability for daily IT service delivery and works closely with agency executive leadership, program offices, information security personnel, state technology oversight entities, vendors, and other governmental partners.
