Overview

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, results-driven project manager with strong Agile/Scrum experience, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across applications, systems, and infrastructure
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and leadership
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile practices
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and business priorities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project budgeting and financial tracking
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
