is seeking qualified candidates for the following opening:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT projects aligned with strategic initiatives
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, timelines, and resources
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports using tools such as MS Project
  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams, external vendors, and agency stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timeline constraints
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting to executive leadership and program stakeholders
  • Support procurement processes and vendor management activities, including performance tracking and deliverable oversight
  • Ensure compliance with State policies, standards, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects, preferably within State or public sector environments
  • Strong experience coordinating across multiple vendors and stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and other project tracking/reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly visible environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with health and human services systems or government program modernization efforts
  • Familiarity with PMO processes and governance structures
