Job description

LHH is partnering with a growing, global fintech company who is looking to hire a Sr. IT Engineer. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT support while also building and scaling internal systems, processes, and infrastructure.
What you'll do:
  1. Provide end-to-end IT support for a global team across multiple regions
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues
  3. Manage Microsoft 365 environment, identity/access, and device management tools
  4. Oversee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle
  5. Support network infrastructure including VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity
  6. Partner with leadership on IT strategy, security, and compliance initiatives
  7. Help implement scalable processes and improvements as the company grows

Must have:
  1. 8+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
  2. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint management
  3. Hands-on experience with networking (Switches, servers, VPN, DNS, firewalls, wireless)
  4. Experience supporting distributed or global teams
  5. Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of IT operations
  6. Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership stakeholders

Additional Details:
  • Location: Fully Onsite (5 days a week) in Portland, OR
  • Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base (depending on experience)
  • Full-time, direct hire
