Job description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience to oversee and maintain the technology infrastructure across our organization, which includes up to 17 geographically distributed sites comprising of offices and warehouses. This role is responsible for managing a system administrator and external vendors, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to issue escalation and resolution. The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in supporting business operations through robust infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and strategic technology planning.

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and administration of the company’s cloud and on-premises systems. This role ensures the security, availability, and reliability of systems and networks, manages technology vendors, and enforces IT policies and procedures.
