## Position Overview


Reporting directly to the Director of Operational Technology, this role serves as a key technical resource supporting the cooperative's operational technology environment and electric distribution infrastructure.


You will bridge the gap between advanced monitoring systems and field operations, helping ensure the reliability, restoration, and performance of a large-scale power distribution network. The position works closely with Engineering, IT, Operations, and SCADA teams to support mission-critical systems responsible for outage management, switching operations, and grid reliability.

## Key Responsibilities


### Operational Technology & System Administration


* Administer, configure, and maintain the Outage Management System (OMS) within the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) platform.
* Support system upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements.
* Ensure reliability and availability of critical operational systems.


### Grid Operations & Reliability


* Monitor and support electric distribution operations.
* Assist with switching activities and restoration efforts.
* Help maintain system integrity during routine operations and major weather events.


### Data Management & System Modeling


* Manage outage workflows, reporting, and operational data.
* Perform system modeling and data validation activities.
* Support analytics and reporting initiatives that improve operational decision-making.


### Cross-Functional Collaboration


* Partner with Engineering, IT, and Operations teams on technology initiatives.

### Field & Storm Response Support
