Job Summary:
Tranzeal Incorporated is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager who will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. The role requires strong project management skills and a deep technical understanding of IT Infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Support etc.)
โ€ข Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations
โ€ข Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
โ€ข Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
โ€ข Manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders
โ€ข Coordinate change management and ensure minimal impact on business operations
โ€ข Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
โ€ข Maintain project documentation and generate regular progress reports
โ€ข Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure project management practices
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
โ€ข 5+ years IT Infrastructure support/engineering
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management
โ€ข Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Active Directory, networking, storage, servers, VPN, cloud, virtualization, VDI, security)
โ€ข Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365) and Video Conferencing services
โ€ข Knowledge of Enterprise backup solutions
โ€ข Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, enterprise infrastructure projects
โ€ข Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
โ€ข Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
