Korean Bilingual IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager (CMMC)

Job Summary
This role executes the build-out of the company's IT infrastructure and business systems (ERP, Collaboration tools, etc.) and is responsible for their overall operation. It also manages the IT systems, infrastructure, and security implementation projects required for CMMC Level 2certification.


Key Responsibilities
Lead/Drive the build-out and deployment of IT Systems for the new entity : deliver implementation projects across the overall IT landscape (project execution and operations management)

Design, build, and operate corporate IT infrastructure: cloud environment (e.g., Microsoft GCC High), network, servers, endpoints, backup and recovery, etc.

Build and operate the digital workplace: collaboration tools such as M365, email, document management, and identity, authorization, and asset management

Execute and manage business system implementation projects (ERP, accounting, etc.): requirements definition, execution management, testing, and stabilization (vendor selection in collaboration with headquarters)

Manage the operation of technical security controls for CMMC Level 2Support the technical infrastructure build-out and operation of the CUI-protected environment (CUI Enclave)

Manage the day-to-day operation of external MSPs and IT vendors

Operate the IT helpdesk and provide IT support for employee onboarding

Manage IT assets and licenses, and establish the IT budget


Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT system/infrastructure implementation and operations(direct delivery of build projects required)

Experience deploying and operating cloud environments (M365/Azure)

Experience implementing or operating business systems (ERP, etc.)

Ability to independently manage IT responsibilities in a small organization

Strong communication and documentation skills


Preferred Skills
Experience achieving CMMC certification and building a CUI enclave (on government-grade clouds such as GCC High)

IT project management capability (experience planning and executing system implementation projects and managing vendors)

Understanding of and experience across the end-to-end value chain of R&D and manufacturing companies (R&D-procurement-production-quality-delivery)

Korean language skills

Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure/M365,PMP)
