Why This Job Rocks: This isn't your average maintenance gig. You'll be the superhero our residents rely on, keeping their world running smoothly from leaky faucets to flickering lights. It's about making a real difference in their lives (and their homes!).

What You'll Do:

Become a maintenance whiz, tackling electrical, plumbing, HVAC & more!
Swoop in and save the day, responding promptly to resident requests.
Be a property detective, spotting and fixing potential problems before they arise.
Team up with the lead technician and other awesome folks to keep things humming.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

You have 3+ years of experience bringing the fix-it magic.
Customer service is your superpower (positive attitude included!).
