IT Field Support Technician, Peachtree City, Georgia
The Field Support Technicianis a hands-on IT role focused on supporting mill operations through reliable,onsite technology support. You'll be the face of IT at mill sites-installing,troubleshooting, and maintaining critical systems that keep operations runningsafely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel,problem-solving, and working in industrial environments.

What You'll Do
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Provide hands-on IT support at mill sites, including hardware installs, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Infrastructure: Perform basic physical IT work such as network drops, access point installs, and equipment moves
  • Projects: Support application rollouts, hardware refreshes, and onsite IT initiatives
  • Documentation: Log all work accurately in the ticketing system and flag recurring issues or risks
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal IT teams and vendors, escalating complex issues when needed
