Job description

Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking an IT Field Service Tech to provide general IT support to clients in various industries. The role involves driving to client sites for break-fix and IMAC calls, handling a range of IT devices including printers and laptops.
Responsibilities:
• IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
• HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system.
• Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience as an IT field technician providing general IT support to customers.
• Hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) for break-fix.
• Ability to use power tools (e.g. drills).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Willingness to work overtime or after-hours as needed.
• Ability to be on call after completing all required certifications and training.
• Approximately 2-5 years of experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for communication.
Preferred:
• A+ certification.
• Lexmark certifications and experience.
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs.
• Experience with Dell and Lenovo products.
