This individual independently plans, performs the moderately-defined responsibility of IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting company business processes and operations. Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports operating systems, database or utilities software. Plans, conducts and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Analyzes, designs, acquires and implements projects for LAN and/or WAN systems. Plans, designs, acquires and implements telecommunications voice/wire systems. May contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set. Implements and operationalizes agentic AI automation for IT operations and business process optimization, incorporating workflow orchestration, RAG, and integrations with enterprise systems through secure, well-defined APIs, and deploying solutions via CI/CD and container orchestration. Develops and maintains monitoring, logging, and security analytics using Splunk or comparable platforms, including dashboards, alerting, and log correlation; perform network and firewall configuration reviews using standard network telemetry/log sources and governance controls. Drives automation across infrastructure and application delivery using scripting and IaC methodologies, supporting multiple projects simultaneously while improving standardization and repeatability across environments. Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
