Position Summary

The IT Analyst provides technical support and system analysis to ensure the effective operation of Syntec Optics’ information technology systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, and assisting with IT projects that support manufacturing, quality, and business operations. The IT Analyst serves as a key point of contact for employees requiring technical assistance and contributes to system reliability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.

• Support manufacturing floor systems and office environments.

Systems & Application Support

• Assist in maintaining ERP, MES, QMS, and other business systems.

• Perform system monitoring, routine maintenance, and updates.

• Support data integrity, backups, and basic cybersecurity measures.

Documentation & Procedures

• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system configurations.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system access and equipment setup.

Project Support
