Job description

The Senior Director of Information Technology is the organization's chief technology strategist, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive vision for infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation. This role ensures that technology strengthens operational performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term organizational growth across a multi-state human services environment. This leader combines executive-level strategy with the ability to execute hands-on when necessary. The Senior Director partners closely with the CFO and Executive Team to align technology with financial controls, risk management, and mission-critical service delivery. This position is based across the Blue Bell, PA and Raritan, NJ offices, with hybrid flexibility. Travel is required for site support, leadership visibility, and training. Supervises the Director of Information Technology and Technology and Communication Manager.
Enterprise Technology Leadership
  • Develop and lead a multi-year IT roadmap that advances organizational strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Direct all technology infrastructure, cloud environments, network architecture, and support operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Oversee the IT budget, vendor ecosystem, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy.
  • Build, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing IT team and external partners.
  • Establish standards for service delivery, system uptime, and technology governance.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Education

Experience

  • Demonstrated success implementing cybersecurity frameworks, managing audits, and leading enterprise-level technology initiatives.

Technical Expertise
  • Advanced knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection, endpoint protection, encryption, and modern cybersecurity tools.
