Summary:
The Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating priorities into delivery plans in an integration-centric, vendor-driven environment. This role owns demand intake and maintains the prioritized IT portfolio under the direction of the IT Director, balancing value, urgency, dependencies, and capacity. The PM/BA leads outcome-focused initiatives centered on system integrations, platform enhancements, and low-code or third-party solutions, coordinating internal teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end process and data-flow alignment.
Essential Functions
  • Serve as the primary IT relationship partner for assigned business functions, shaping demand into clear, actionable initiatives.
  • Own demand intake and maintain a prioritized IT portfolio under the direction of the Director of IT; facilitate transparent tradeoff discussions across value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and capacity.
  • Plan and lead delivery of integration-centric initiatives, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements appropriate for vendor-provided, configuration-based, low-code, and integration solutions.
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes across applications, including current-state and future-state workflows, data handoffs, and system interactions.
  • Partner with vendors and internal technical teams to define integration expectations, clarify responsibilities, validate assumptions, and coordinate delivery handoffs.
  • Apply right-sized project governance (status, decisions, issues/risks, and action tracking) to drive execution without unnecessary ceremony.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation stabilization for integration and vendor-delivered changes to ensure business continuity.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Or/And 7-10 years in a blended IT PM / BA role
  • Strong experience working in environments dominated by third party systems, integrations and configuration based or low code solutions
  • Proven ability to reason through integration impacts and system dependencies
  • Strong requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead vendor-led implementations, including scope alignment, milestone tracking, issue escalation, and holding partners accountable to commitments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting integration-heavy or digital transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, EDI, data integration, or middleware platforms
  • Experience leading digital automation initiatives, leveraging AI technologies and low-code development
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
