Job Title: IT Developer
Remote
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
  • Develop Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate flows, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
  • Develop solutions using .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Web API.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support production issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution.
  • Follow established ALM processes utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
  • Experience with Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, Power Fx, Dataverse, and Web API development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Agile environments.
