Job description

Job Title: IT Developer
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Contract

Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Developer to work on extraction, transforming, and loading projects for a highly regulated environment which is moving to cloud data infrastructure. Ideally, the qualified individual will have experience with Snowflake and AWS, but will be willing to work with the on-premise infrastructure until the changeover is complete. This is a contract only position with some opportunity that it could lead to a full-time, permanent opportunity. It requires someone to work on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This opportunity is not open to corp-to-corp and is only available to US citizens and green card holders at this time.
Responsibilities
  • Work on ETL Projects for the Enterprise Data Solutions team, ingesting data from multiple sources.
  • Develop using Advanced level SQL, SSIS, Visual Studio, and GIT.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and analysis.
  • Possibly utilize AWS related to data engineering, including data ingestion, transformation, and integration with Amazon S3, Snowflake, and related services.
  • Experience in AWS data engineering with tools like Fivetran is a plus.
  • Develop, maintain, read, and debug code in Visual Studio with C#.
  • Ingest multiple data source types including Fixed width files, sub-record type files, CSV files, Oracle, Kafka.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery within the specified timeline.

Requirements
  • 5+ years preferred in data-centered development focusing on on-prem SQL Server.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Azure DevOps / git experience.
  • Proficiency in SSIS.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (SQL Server 2019).
  • Experience with Visual Studio and C# programming.
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion and transformation in AWS, Amazon S3, Snowflake, etc.
  • Experience with Fivetran is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work on-site at the specified location.
