Position Summary:
The IT Associate is responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for setting up accounts for new users.
  • Responsible for setting up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring installation of cable operating systems.
  • Regularly evaluating the IT system to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • Responsible for supporting and implementing organizational processes related to all information technology processes.
  • Responsible for supporting setting up, purchasing, contraction, leasing, or otherwise arranging for all equipment and services related to information technology.
  • Responsible for supporting the development of all manuals, protocols, processes, policies, and or procedures related to information technology.
  • Responsible for supporting the organizational development of technology initiatives and products.
  • Responsible for implementing preventive maintenance and maintenance support services for all equipment and services.
  • Responsible for supporting developing, implementing, and monitoring a plan for the safety and security of information including a plan for managing interruptions.
  • Responsible for setting employee support systems and process including setting up accounts, log ins, passwords, and other services.
  • Responsible for supporting developing, monitoring, and implementing systems and process for access to information including tier system for security and privacy.
