Job Description
Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while providing overall management and technical direction for the Department of the Interior (DOI) Human Resources Management Division (HRMSD) full life cycle IT program, ensuring all work complies with DOI policies, ISO 9001:2015 quality processes, CMMC Level 2 controls, and FISMA Moderate security requirements. This position is contingent upon award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply!
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $102,700 - $138,400
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Core Duties:
  • Serve as the single point of contact with the COR and HRMSD leadership.
  • Manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance.
  • Develop program plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee all Agile release planning and governance meetings.
  • Direct technical leads and contract staff; review deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure quality assurance, configuration management, and security processes are implemented consistently.
  • Prepare and submit CDRLs and monthly/quarterly status reports.
  • Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing federal IT programs of comparable scope
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary Agile teams using ServiceNow SPM and MuleSoft integrations
  • ISO 9001:2015 and CMMC L2 program oversight experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or SAFe Agilist Certification
  • Public Trust (Tier 1) or higher
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
