What You'll Do:
  • Provide first-level technical support to staff and residents, troubleshooting computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other devices, including help with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Teams, Word, and OneDrive.
  • Diagnose Wi-Fi connectivity issues, assist with wireless network testing, and help configure devices for the community network.
  • Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals, including basic maintenance like toner replacement.
  • Help set up and troubleshoot smart TVs, streaming devices, smart speakers, network-connected cameras, and other IoT devices.
  • Assist with equipment deployment, asset inventory, and workstation setups/relocations.
  • Deliver responsive, professional customer service, clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and escalating complex issues when needed.

What You'll Need:
  • Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, or a related field (required).
