Entry-Level IT Support Analyst
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is an excellent entry-level IT opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical support career. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week, particularly during the first few months of training.
After the training period, the schedule transitions to a hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (typically Wednesday and Friday remote).
Position Overview

• Tier 1 IT Support role
• Handle approximately 80-100 support calls per day
• 4+ month contract
• Join a team of support professionals that is continuing to grow
• Customer service and troubleshooting skills are critical for success

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
