Monitor Deployment Technician (Contract Opportunity)
100% Onsite | Monday-Friday
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented professionals to support a large-scale workstation deployment project in a newly constructed corporate office environment. This contract opportunity will play a key role in preparing employee workspaces by ensuring monitors and related equipment are installed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, takes pride in delivering clean and organized installations, and thrives in a fast-paced project environment. Attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, stage, and deploy monitors across assigned workstation areas.
  • Unbox, inspect, and inventory monitors, docking stations, cables, and related hardware prior to installation.
  • Install and configure workstation monitors according to established deployment standards.
  • Perform monitor mounting, cabling, alignment, and workstation setup activities.
  • Ensure professional cable management and a clean, polished workstation appearance.
  • Verify all installations meet quality, consistency, and ergonomic standards before completion.
  • Maintain organized staging, storage, and deployment areas.
  • Support asset tracking and inventory management processes.
  • Identify, document, and escalate damaged, defective, or missing equipment.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, IT Support, and Deployment Leads to meet installation schedules and project milestones.
  • Follow all safety, operational, and installation procedures throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience with hardware deployment, desktop support, IT installations, AV installations, or similar hands-on technical projects preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized deployment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday for the duration of the project.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
