About the role
  • Support and assist with the ongoing NetSuite ERP implementation, working closely with Project Leads, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams. Provide regular updates and progress reports as required.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator for Netsuite and support contact for all site technology systems and applications, ensuring continuity of operations across the facility.
  • Understand business needs and assess whether current systems and configurations are meeting operational requirements; identify and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate new software applications that may benefit business operations, ensuring compatibility with the existing technology landscape.
  • Own the planning and ongoing management of all business-critical applications, maintaining operational efficiency across all platforms.
What you'll do NetSuite ERP
  • Own the successful delivery of ERP implementation activities across relevant NetSuite modules, including configuration, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure the health and performance of all active NetSuite modules — Finance, Inventory, WMS, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing (Work Orders), Blend Formula, Blend Batch Manufacturing, Fixed Asset Management, and Zone Capture — with full responsibility for user support and issue resolution.
  • Maintain the integrity and effectiveness of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards, ensuring they consistently meet the operational and reporting needs of the business.
  • Takes direct responsibility for EDI operations, including proactive monitoring and timely resolution of transaction errors and trading partner integration issues.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between the NetSuite systems lead, module vendors, and internal stakeholders — ensuring issues are escalated appropriately and expectations are managed at all times.
  • Keeps system configurations aligned with evolving business processes, proactively identifying gaps and driving improvements as the organisation grows and changes.
Business Applications
  • Administer and support Rippling HR/Time & Attendance.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, and associated productivity tools; maintain licensing, access controls, and configuration.
  • Ensure all business applications are kept current with updates, patches, and vendor-recommended best practices.
  • Oversee software upgrades and installations, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to minimize operational disruption.
Site Infrastructure & Systems
  • Monitor and maintain site IT infrastructure including network equipment, VoIP phone systems, internal paging and notification systems, Access Control, and CCTV.
  • Monitor network performance and reliability; proactively identify and resolve issues affecting site operations.
  • Provide recommendations on upgrades, replacements, or new investments based on financial and operational considerations.
  • Ensure all site systems are operating securely and in accordance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure technology projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Promptly escalates issues that may affect project timelines or site operations to relevant leadership.
  • Determine requirements and design solutions in consultation with stakeholders and end users.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate development and change management controls are in place.
Training & Documentation
  • Liaise with our local IT Partner for infrastructure maintenance, and co-ordinate IT requirements for employees.
  • Train site staff on the correct use of all systems and applications, ensuring appropriate onboarding for new starters.
  • Create and maintain procedural guidelines and documentation for all systems and applications.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Rippling HR/payroll or comparable HR/T&A platforms.
  • Exposure to food manufacturing or FMCG operational environments.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite WMS, Manufacturing, Maintenance Management, Blend, and overall NetSuite ERP.
  • Passion for food, manufacturing, and operational excellence.
Workplace Compliance and Safety Responsibilities
  • Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment, and risk control.
  • Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety.
  • Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace.
