 Job Summary

 We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager โ€“ SAP to lead and support enterprise application environments within a manufacturing setting. This role will be responsible for managing SAP platforms, driving application performance, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient systems that support manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP functional knowledge, hands-on enterprise application leadership, and proven experience supporting manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise business applications with primary focus on SAP environments.
  • Serve as the key liaison between IT and business teams to align application capabilities with manufacturing objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, enhancements, and support of SAP modules including FICO, SD, PP, and WM.
  • Manage application lifecycle activities including upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Provide leadership for SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP BW reporting environments.
  • Support manufacturing execution processes, including exposure to Honeywell OptiVision MES.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise applications and manufacturing systems.
  • Ensure application compliance with company standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Manage vendors and external partners for application-related projects and support.
  • Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical application issues.
  • Document processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Business Application Manager or similar role.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications within a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have working knowledge of SAP modules: FICO, SD, PP, and WM.
  • Solid experience with SAP MDM and SAP BW.
  • Proficiency in Honeywell OptiVision Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise applications and support manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading application support teams and coordinating with vendors.
