Ourmission is to provide sustainable solutions for e-waste management, ensuring data security andenvironmental responsibility. We serve both retail and wholesale clients, offering high-qualityrefurbished electronics.

Position Overview: The IT Development Manager / Repair Dept Technician will be responsiblefor implementing newly developed technical strategies to enhance the refurbishment process ofour in-house technology. This individual will also perform all the regular duties of an ITTechnician in the repair department, ensuring that technology repairs are conducted efficientlyand to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the refurbishment process.
  • Work closely with the management team to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of technology, includingcomputers, laptops, tablets, and other electronics.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure all repaired equipment meets quality control standards.
  • Maintain documentation of repairs, procedures, and inventory.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improveprocesses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologiesand processes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Qualifications:
