Salary Range: $126,991.00 To $167,945.00 Annually

Rubbercraft is seeking an IT Manager to lead the implementation of our new Epicor ERP system and serve as a strategic technology partner to the business. This role will initially focus on delivering a successful ERP implementation and will transition into ownership of ongoing IT operations, Epicor administration, business intelligence, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

This is a highly visible leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership to modernize business systems, improve operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights across the organization.

Job ResponsibilitiesEpicor ERP Implementation
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Epicor ERP across the organization.
  • Develop and manage the project roadmap, timeline, budget, and implementation resources.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and Epicor implementation partners.
  • Manage testing, data migration, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery.
  • Lead change management, user training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Drive business process improvements across Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Epicor ERP system following implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, vendor relationships, and technology support.
  • Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead ongoing ERP enhancements, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPIs that provide meaningful business insights.
  • Create and maintain business intelligence solutions utilizing Epicor BAQs, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Develop self-service reporting capabilities for business users.
  • Automate recurring operational and financial reports.
  • Support manufacturing, inventory, quality, supplier, customer, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure enterprise data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives and IT governance.
  • Maintain IT controls supporting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain user access controls, data governance, and security best practices.
QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Experience
  • 7+ years of ERP implementation and/or ERP administration experience.
  • 3+ years leading enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epicor ERP implementation and/or administration experience.
  • Manufacturing experience within aerospace, defense, medical device, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Epicor BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, Power BI, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Experience supporting CUI environments, NIST SP 800-171, and/or CMMC compliance.
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred.
Success Measures
  • Successfully deliver the Epicor ERP implementation on time and within budget.
  • Establish stable ERP operations with high user adoption.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting that improve business decision-making.
  • Maintain reliable IT operations while driving continuous process improvements and supporting a secure technology environment.
