Job Summary/Basic Function
The CASA Student Office Assistant will assist with front desk tasks including filing, data entry, and assisting office staff and visitors. They will also assist with dockets and report distribution as well as calling people in to court.

Scheduled hours occur Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.
Additional special events as class schedule allows.

Job Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position takes place at 141 Oak St., Terre Haute, IN, 47807 and may include the following duties:
  • Front desk operations: answering phones, data entry, shredding, inventory, light cleaning, organization
  • Compile training and recruitment packets
  • Organize and stage for events and training
  • Assist court staff with printing, gathering copies, delivering documents or other
  • Other duties as assigned

There is also a court dog in the office 2-3 days per week.
