Job description

Fitness Instructor for Actively Aging Adults

Anytime Fitness – Iverness, FL

Part-time: 4 hours/week - Mondays and Fridays from 9 am to 11 am (Classes start at 9 am and 10 am)

Compensation: $25/hour

Anytime Fitness is seeking a part-time Fitness Coach to lead safe, fun, and effective workouts for Silver Sneakers participants. These workout classes are circuit-based with low-impact body movements, weights, flexibility, and mobility.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Group classes - Responsible for conducting high quality circuit-based classes on Monday and Friday mornings for Silver Sneakers participants
  • Driving Results – Facilitate client success and uphold client attendance.
  • Knowledge – Possess the skill and ability to conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants.
  • Education – Educating clients on safe and effective training regimens, providing nutritional guidance, and promoting recovery.
  • Facility Excellence & Alignment – Assist management with maintaining club standards

Qualifications:

  • Nationally Accredited Certification (ISSA, ACE, NASM, or ACSM preferred) or ability to become certified within six months of employment (we have lots of partnerships & discounts available!)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
