Job Description:

Beverly Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is actively recruiting staff Hospitalists to join their team! We are seeking strong candidates interested in full-time or part-time positions. Day and night-time positions are currently available. Beverly, Massachusetts and the surrounding towns are filled with great restaurants, live music and the arts at Beverly’s historic Cabot Theatre and North Shore Music Theatre. With miles of pristine beaches and trails for hiking and biking, the Beverly area is a desired place to live, work and raise a family!

About the job:

  • Schedule is 7 on 7 off; 12 hour shifts
  • Full time Hospitalists work 14 shifts in a 28 day cycle
  • Part time Hospitalists work 7 shifts in a 28 day cycle
  • No hard caps, patient volume typically falls within SHM recommended ranges.
  • Open ICU but pressors, vent management and procedures are done by a 24 hour intensivist team.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates should possess strong academic credentials including residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Candidates should be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Pay Range:

$290,000.00 USD - $316,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
