Position Overview:This successful candidate will implement Boeing engineering principles to assess the product and resolve issues at some of our key sub tier partners in Israel. As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of production repairs and tooling for aircraft parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines, ensuring compliant manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality standards.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structural repairs and NCRs.

  • Collaborate with IPTs to support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of repairs with the suppliers.

  • Investigate and resolve technical problems related to many manufacturing processes.

  • Participate in the implementation of Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Resolve technical issues that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule.

  • Conduct root cause corrective action initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, external customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on production and manufacturing goals.

  • Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all manufacturing processes.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Israel, rotating between key sub tier suppliers. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of these suppliers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)

  • 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

  • 3+ years of mechanical, composite, and/or structure experience in the aviation industry.

  • 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and procedures.

  • Experience working with international suppliers.

  • Experience with Legacy Designed methods like 2D blueprints, master set tooling, etc.

  • Ability to obtain a work Visa for Israel. Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.

  • Employment is contingent on the candidate's ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country: Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

  • This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requiresU.S. Citizenship only.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Export controls.

  • Experience working with the Material Review Board (MRB) processes.

  • Experience with the F-15 product structure.
