Required Skills & Experience
  • SWIFT ISO 20022 experience in the past 2 years.
  • 3-5 year’s experience with SWIFT ISO2002
  • 7-10 years of QA testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual user acceptance testing within the financial services industry, with a focus on international wires and clearing.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO and SWIFT technologies, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Proven experience working with APIs and conducting UAT for ISO and SWIFT-based transactions.
  • Strong experience with Jira
  • Familiarity with "FIN MT" messages in global treasury management is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using testing tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong background in working with large financial institutions, specifically in international wires and clearing operations, and possess extensive knowledge of ISO and SWIFT technologies, regulations, and guidelines.

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of global treasury management practices and products.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to international wires and clearing.
  • Prior experience in large financial institution working with Payments.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conduct manual user acceptance testing (UAT) for international book transfers, wires, ISO, SWIFT, and API-related projects.
  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and SWIFT standards and guidelines throughout the testing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
  • Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and maintain accurate records of test results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in international wire and clearing technologies.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of UAT processes and methodologies.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and functionality of our international Wires and Clearing Products.
