Our sonic heads run at 0 to150 HERTZ, drive oscillating forces up to 50,000 lbs, and are trusted across industries where accuracy and reliability are nonโ€‘negotiable.
About This Role
The Assembly Technician I builds the foundational subโ€‘assemblies and full end-to-end components that become Terra Sonicโ€™s worldโ€‘class sonic drill rigs. This is handsโ€‘on, technical work where every hose, fitting, and hydraulic line influences performance in the field. As an Assembly Technician, the systems you build become the foundation of every Terra Sonic Rig. Your precision directly affects drill performance, reliability, and operator safety.

What You'll Do
โ€ข Build the Rig โ€” End to End
โ€ข Assemble small and midโ€‘size mechanical and hydraulic subโ€‘assemblies.
โ€ข Build up full rig systems from tracks โ†’ hoses โ†’ hydraulic tanks โ†’ precision components.
โ€ข Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions.
โ€ข Own Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems
โ€ข Work with pumps, valves, fittings, and high-pressure hydraulics.
โ€ข Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues.
โ€ข Collaborate & Problem Solve
โ€ข Partner with senior techs, engineers, and team leads.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
โ€ข High school diploma or GED required.
โ€ข Experience: 2+ year of mechanical assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
