Job description

Position Summary

  • Employee utilizes equipment to move products to designated areas as needed.

Position Responsibilities

  • Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectation.
  • Moving product or loaded pallets to designated area.
  • Bring meat and ingredients to keep the line flowing at all times.
  • Keep designated areas clean.
  • Obey company safety rules and company polices.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Must have six months consecutive months work experience in a production or manufacturing High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience

  • Prior forklift/ pallet jack driver experience preferred but will train if needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Must be able to bend regularly and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, must be available to work weekends and overtime.
  • Must pass a drug screen.

Food Safety Sign-Off: All team members at Crider Foods must adhere to our food safety requirements and must report food safety problems to management. All attempts should be made to ensure that the written and digital records are documented at the time the activity is performed, legible, clear, concise and suitably authorized (not falsified) by those undertaking monitoring (documented work tasks). This position may be responsible for the inspection and verification of records.
