Job description

CurbSide is hiring an Irrigation Crew Member to assist in the installation and maintenance of underground irrigation systems. This hands-on position involves working on residential and commercial properties, supporting the setup, repair, and winterization of sprinkler systems. We are looking for dependable team members who are mechanically inclined and enjoy working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the assembly and installation of underground irrigation systems

  • Dig trenches and lay piping for sprinkler lines

  • Install sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and other system components

  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing irrigation system issues

  • Help with seasonal services such as spring startups and fall blowouts

  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment

  • Follow directions from foreman or crew leader on daily job tasks

  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards

  • Experience with irrigation systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

  • Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team

  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Must be able to pass a drug screening

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

  • Must be able to lift/push up to 75 lbs. regularly

  • Able to remain on feet for long periods and perform physical labor such as digging and lifting
