Are you an experienced irrigation technician ready to take the next step in your landscaping career? At ProQual Landscaping, we're committed to excellence-from the appearance of every property to the well-being of our team.
We're currently looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and proactive Irrigation Technician to support our East Valley operations.
Position Overview
As an Irrigation Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems across multiple commercial accounts. This full-time role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. A company vehicle and phone are provided for business use.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including valves, rotors, sprinklers, valve boxes, and mainlines
  • Perform seasonal system checks and make adjustments to watering schedules based on weather conditions
  • Conduct efficiency tests to evaluate system performance
  • Recommend necessary repairs beyond scope and communicate with supervisors and foremen
  • Maintain accurate billing and documentation for completed work
  • Ensure all irrigation components are functioning optimally

Requirements
  • Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently or in small teams
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Daily billing completion required
