Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of irrigation crew members, ensuring accountability and high performance.
  • Program and manage irrigation clocks to optimize system efficiency.
  • Safely operate equipment such as trenchers, pipe pullers, and gas-powered hand tools.
  • Install, repair, and inspect irrigation systems to meet client specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in installing irrigation systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.

Compensation: $21-$28/hour
